Yes, for the love of GOD - tinkle! Ya poor thing, you must have been holding it for days.

As for lead poisoning - pencils are filled with graphite, which is carbon, not lead. Therefore, the answer is no.

you may want to rephrase this question because a Tootsie Pop and a Blow Pop are two separate things. Tootsie Pops have Tootsie Roll stuff in the center [although I've never been able to explain exactly what a tootsie roll is]. A Blow Pop has gum in the middle.
