Download this program:
Ra2Wav.exe

This program converts .ra to .wav files which you can then convert to .mp3 files or burn straight to cd.
I've used it three times so far and once it crashed my computer, once it converted a perfectly good sounding 5 minute .ra to a 12 minute .wav of high pitched noise and static and once it converted perfectly. So, 1 out of 3 isn't bad I guess

It did not however destroy the .ra so I could try, try again, which is good. There may be other programs available, but this is the only one I found.
