Read again the title of this thread. He claims that it was U2 that formed dance music. And I think we can all agree that's ridiculous.

Of course U2 didn't form dance music, that's ridiculous. But other things that were said here are pretty true and U2 gave his clues in dance music, even in genres that are not directily related with it.
