that was called something like u2 trade or something like that. On it, you could find a list of shows, broken down by tour and who had copies available for trade. You could also post reviews of the shows and pictures to.

Would that be U2Trading.com then? Unfortunately, that site doesn't exist anymore. You can only view it through the Wayback Archive: http://archive.org (and then fill in http://www.u2trading.com in the WaybackMachine)
