I miss Larry's drumming...

This is the only thing that bugs me a bit about the two most recent albums. Larry's drums are just not there. Nope.

Where are those cool beats where Larry played the toms right before the snare, almost accidentally, like a tic? (Think "A Sort Of Homecoming"). That mad drumming in songs like "God Part II" (maybe the best drums in a U2 song ever!)...

Please, bring back Larry to the albums. I miss his unique, almost military drumming style.

I noticed his drumming is much more subtle on this album. Don't forget Mysterious Ways when talking about great Larry drum parts.

I meant in the albums...MW is a beatbox in the album version. There's no question that Larry kicks the proverbial butt live.
