I've got an 8 hour drive tomorrow...I'm payin' my hometown a visit! Woo hoo! This makes up for not being able to see U2 on the 3rd leg (I think!

) I get to see my sister and a whole ton of my friends...it has been WAY too long!

I'll get lonely in that car, so I'll need the boys to keep me company!

So what U2 songs do you recommend for a long roadtrip home?

Well obviously for the occasion "A Sort of Homecoming" makes sense.
For an 8 hour drive you could listen to almost the entire catalog if you wanted.

8 hours eh? You could shoot for the marathon, and start with 'Boy' and end with 'ATYCLB'. I don't know offhand, if it will all fit, but that's what I like to do on long trips...

The only thing I'm not sure of is if my house is going to be a party or a pre-bar party. I'll let you know either way. Just because it seems like I can't have a party without 100 people showing. Even when I try to keep it small, someone always leaks it and then the whole city shows up! And being a week and a half away from being 21, the last thing I want is to get busted! So we'll see!

you too bonochick? My road trip is a lot shorter, but I'll be seeing my dad today for the first time since May. He's been very ill in the interim, can't say I'm not nervous.Some U2 on the way may calm the nerves. Good idea.
