How do you "do the atomic bomb"?

You know how in "Seconds" there are the lines "And they're doing the atomic bomb/Do they know where the dance comes from?"
Well, does anyone know if there's really a dance called the atomic bomb, and if so, how is it done?
(I have found info on how to "do the watusi" for "Land of 1000 dances" and Patti Smith's "Land," so naturally what i want to know next is this. btw i just recently decided i really like "Seconds" way more than i used to.)

Now if that kid were to pass gas I'd say that might qualify as doing the Atomic Bomb
