How do I DL Electrical Storm

Hey I can't figure out where to download Electrical Storm, can someone help me out? I already downloaded the U2 Newmedia so what do I do now??????

Launch New Media<type Electrical Storm in search box on toolbar loctaed at top of screen<Click GO<double click the file you want< when download is complete go into Program Files<Interference.com<New Media<Downloads< and there it is!!! You can now copy it anywhere you'd like on hard drive or keep it there if you want to share.

There are a few versions the 6226KB sounds the best but has Radio 1 tag in it. Clean edit is good too, but doesn't sound as full.
