What's striking about the Loreley DVD is how apprehensive the fans are at first, watching Bono climbing all over the place. You can see a lot of people laughing at him. It makes you wonder how many in the audience even knew much about U2 at that point, maybe they heard NYD on the radio and decided to check them out, not knowing who this Bono character was.

By the end of the show, however, the crowd is completely won over... another load of U2 converts!

Yeah, that's what I found cool too. Seeing kids just sit around, not knowing who they're in front of.

It's like your playing in your garage with a bunch of neighborhood kids watching... Then suddenly a shitload of screaming fans. lol.

My favorite part is the disinterested skinny kid with yellow headphones and awesome haircut who is leaning on the railing and gets annoyed when Bono comes over.
