For those of you with a CD Burner, compile this definitive Best of

If you are unhappy with the recent tracklisting and release of U2 18 Singles. Then you can always compile your own definitive Best Of. If you have a CD burner or Ipod or whatever then this is my suggestion for a Definitive Best Of.

First of all I would have a 2 CD set. And I would call it "35 By 4" as it will have 35 tracks on their over the 2 CDs and of course it will by 4 guys. The title also has similarities with the title of the recently released book U2 By U2. (if anyone has a better title then by all means suggest it). My tracklisting for the first disc is nearly the same as "18 Singles" except I Will Follow (which is the bonus track) is near the middle of the running order rather than the first one, and The tomb raider mix of Elevation is on there instead of the album version. The second disc i've compiled myself and i believe it has most of the other singles on there. Anyway here is the full tracklisting I would welcome any comments of the tracklisting.

As I've said I would welcome any comments on this tracklisting. But I believe this Is what U2 should've released as a Definitive Best Of because it will satisfy me if they had done this.

Nice compilation ... but ... missing several things

1- Any "Definitive" compilation must contains tracks from all albums, and there's nothing from October in here

2- Second, it should be presented in chronological order

3- Some songs don't deserve to be on a "Definitive" compilation. All "new songs" from Best ofs (Sweetest Thing, Electrical Storm, Saints Are Coming and Window In The Sky) are just average songs that have been nothing but filler stuff. They don't even deserve to be on a Studio Album. Just because a new song is included on a best of doesn't mean it's a great song at all.

4- No compilation is "definitive" without Please, their best song of the 90s
