I always think OOTS is a really great proposal song-- "I kneel cuz I want you somemore..." but All I Want Is You is definately on the list for my wedding song. I agree that the "all the promises we break/make " part is that no matter what happens in the relationship, like things could go wrong and promises might be broken (no one is perfect and so is the relationship), but all those things doesn't really matter, as long as you have each other, you can always forgive the one that you love, and in the end that person is "the one" you'll only want to be with.
"The Way You Look Tonight" is also a great song and my cousin had "Wonderful Tonight " as his wedding song and that was very beautiful too.
