Exhibit at the Hall of Fame?

This might be a stupid question... but anyway. About the exhibit at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame... is it only open to the public during the fan gathering dates? Or is it available to visit at another time?

The Rock Hall's U2 Exhibit is open every day! Make sure you visit soon, because the exhibit is due to close in September.
