Hey the thing is happening right now (CBS) and U2 were nominated for best band/group. Now the Shrine is literally 3 blocks up the street from me. I just wanna make sure I'm not sitting at home and the guys are sitting in there, unfortunately we get delayed broadcast so I can't tell.

So did anyone spot the band in there??? If so please tell me so I can run over there and say hello.

I don't think the boys are there. They haven't shown them in the audience, and I think they would have by now.

ok I heard on the chat that there's only 5 mins left to vote for u2 meaning if they'll announce the winner for their award soon, meaning if they don't show up then they won't show up at all. So please guys let me, I'm standing at the threshold ready to take off upon notice.

Oh well I'm still very happy for them!!!! Thanks for keeping me updated, wow it woud've sucked if they were there, tickets were only $25. I would've been kicking myself. But YAY we beat out N'suck!!!

U2 is not there. They won internet fan vote, and they said U2 could not be there.

Though NSYNC just won best pop/rock band, beating U2. And the first thing they said as a couple boos rang out...
