one answer for all 4...BAD

This is my feeling as well. This should be obvious to every U2 fan. Also, Edge owns End of the World. Bono owns One Tree Hill. Adam owns With or Without You (that bassline is the backbone). And finally, I would say Larry owns Bullet.

And I must say Bono is back! Vocal wise and lyrically. He owns Mercy/One Step Closer/Sometimes...

Excellent thread!

Bono - I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, Angel Of Harlem and God Part II

The Edge - The Electric Co., Until The End Of The World and Bullet The Blue Sky (Live Zoo TV)

Adam - Mysterious Ways, Last Night On Earth and WOWY

Larry - City Of Blinding Lights, Bad, Sunday Bloody Sunday

I really tried but I coulden't name just one. :reject:

Bono: Sort of A Homecoming

Edge: The Fly

Adam: New Years Day (Greatest Riff) & Playboy Mansion (Adam is making his bass sing as well)

Larry: Please (original beat)

Bono- miracle drug
Edge- holdme . . .
Adam- New Years day ('i love you adam clayton!' ~bono, in u2 at the end of the world)
Larry- sunday bloody sunday

Bono: Can't Help Falling In Love (Live from Sydney) (this cover is a great vehicle for his voice) or Bad from Wide Awake (no explanation needed) - I can't decide.

The Edge: The Fly (absolutely - hands down).

Adam: Please (album version) has one of his coolest bass lines. Did someone mention Mission Impossible theme? (nah, nevermind).

Larry: Sunday Bloody Sunday.

Bono: Sometimes you can't make it on your own

Adam: Some days are better than others
Larry: Desire

A bit changed list, also best collective performance One IMO. If there's one U2 song that is pure studio magic, it's that.

Bono: Elevation, Pride, Angel of Harlem
Edge: New Years Day, Pride, Until The End Of The World
Adam: With Or Without You, An Cat Dubh
Larry: Desire, I Will Follow, Trip Through Your Wires
