I am a little concerned about this. I know they have a phone number and e-mail address set up, but this can't do anything about mailing problems. I am especially concerned because, it is the 26th, and here in Toronto I have not received the prop form yet. Thankfully I e-mailed Terri at prop and got the form via e-mail. However, with the form not having arrived yet, and it was sent September 17th, it makes me worried about the tickets themselves.
Does prop have a refund policy if tickets arrive after a shows date? I am really concerned about this. After having received all the tickets I requested for the first leg, this is really stressing.
