Did Anyone see The U2/Hussein cartoon?

I was reading my local paper (Newsday), and came across a cartoon by Mike Luekovich(sp?) that shows Hussein saying that he will allow U-2 flights over Iraq,and U2 is in an air ballon above his head. He's also the cartoonist for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and I was wondering if anyone saw it.
