Instead of working this afternoon, I made this image for anyone who wants it (which is a few of you judging by the wholly justified griping about the packaging on the non-deluxe DVD.
This is about a 3MB, 300 dpi jpeg with a 1/8-inch bleed all the way around. I did the best I could to get rid of all the bitmapping that comes from scanning, as well as folds and staples. Just cut it out (remember the bleed) and slip it into an empty DVD keepcase and you'll be set! (and you can keep the booklet inside the case)
