The DVD version is basically an outtake. Bono doesn't have the middle bridge yet. It's cool to hear the beginnings of this song.

I thought the bridge was the best part. but a good song overall

Cool version, and definitely something I will listen to a lot. However, the album version is ions better! I'm biased though because I'm one of the few here who thinks that Crumbs is the best song on the album.

the album version is better. the guitar work on the album version blows me away.

The Electrical Storm sound is what I love about it.
The acoustic thing is okay, but the album version is much better.

Wouldn't it be great with an acoustic of Original Of The Species?

Ripped down to piano and maybe something else, like the Apple performance?

A piano version of Species - definitely!

P.S. Did you hear the beautiful piano version of Hands That Built from the Clinton Library ceremony?

No... where can I get that?

I always loved The Hands That Built America.
Such a great song.

I'd imagine links are still up in the Clinton Library thread in "everything you know is wrong." If not let me know.

Neither version really comes together as a decent song. Most likely a B-side IMO.

Can I have a job as a music critic now?
