Does ANYONE know how to talk to a REAL HUMAN at U2.com?

I'm a propaganda member (since late '01), but I have yet to receive the elusive "letter" needed to become a U2.com member.

They say your "place in line" for pre-sale tickets depends on (1) when you joined propaganda, or (2) when you join U2.com (if you never were in propaganda).

So, is there any way to talk to a REAL HUMAN over there? I'd like to get my place in line that I've been waiting 3 years for.

Anyone else have this problem (i.e. not getting notification from Prop)?

Buried in the subscription page for U2.com is a toll-free number:

(800) 615-1324

If you ARE a prop member with the same problem as me, they'll take down your info and get back to you within a week.

I have been a Prop member for 15 years and have been left in the dust. I called that number and they took my info and never got back to me. I have also asked to speak with a supervisor and they are never in. The people at fanfire don't seem to have a clue. Frustrated.
