Complete U2 in Canada?

Does anyone know when we will be able to access itunes in Canada? I need the complete U2 and it seems crazy that we cant buy it here yet!!

Apple today also announced it will launch the iTunes Music Store in Canada in November.

that is an undated press release straight from apple.com/pr yet, no news. theyve got all of a week left.
