The Tarrytown (NY) FD was raising money for the NYFD yesterday....gave 'em some bones.

I went down to the city this weekend. Words can't describe what I saw........

I've signed up to donate blood on Oct 4 but I've heard that they need money more desperately right now, especially with the lack of survivors

also, please don't forget our canine friends working day and night in there with the rescuers. they are in need of dog food, and leather booties to protect their paws from all the glass and other debris.
