City of Blinding Light-- is it Super City Mania (Pop unreleased track)???

This is one of my favorite songs off this new album.

I seem to remember a photo in the Propaganda that came out in 2000 that had a board of the "works in progress board" in the U2 study during the All that You Can't Leave Behind sessions. I think I remember seeing a song on the board that was something like City of Blinding Lights or "Muti-mega City" or something about that.

Am I totally hallucinating with this? If not, are the songs related?

Musically it seems to have been around since possibly Pop. Lyrically, it's pretty new. (response to playing NYC after 9/11)

Super City Mania became Miami. Sonically, I believe COBL has been around since Pop. Thematically, it was created at the 24 October 2001 concert in New York.
