The channel is CSPAN2 - one of the government channels, it will reair tonight at about 1:40am EST. check out www.cspan.org for air times. Definately worth it.

Arghhhh though, I still can't find the station, I only see CSPAN not CSPAN2. But I'll sit her til I find it
