When listening to a tape I have I really felt that a guitar solo from Edge on Boy/Girl was really familiar. I just couldn't figure out why. I've been thinking about this now for a while and just a few days ago it hit me, it's from the solo at the end of Gone during Elevation tour. So I put a boot in and listened and it's so the same.

The Boy/Girl version I listened to is a live one, don't know from where so I'm not sure if it's on the recorded one too, haven't checked it up. But this is pretty interesting, whether Edge have come up with the same sound again or if he actually listened to it, and tried it into Gone and made it work there. I mean how much have Gone and Boy/girl in common? 25 years apart. I think it was pretty cool.
