Bono singing bass on gospel ISHFWILF?

Does anyone know whether it is Bono singing all of the solo male parts in the Rattle and Hum version of ISHFWILF? In the second half of the song. The singing gets pretty low for Bono, but I always thought it was him. My wife though thought maybe a man in the gospel choir singing some of those parts. I don't have the Rattle and Hum video, and I don't remember whether it is the same version of the song on the video and the album anyway.

Nah I think it's awful.

And I always pictured some black fellow doing the bass.

I thought it was the black fellow who sang it in the movie because those people were the New Voices of Freedom.
