Bono is at a U2 concert in Ireland when he asks the audience for some quiet. Then in the silence, he starts to slowly clap his hands. Holding the audience in total silence, he says into the microphone..."Every time I clap my hands, a child in Africa dies." A voice from near the front of the audience pierces the silence..."Fookin stop doing it then!"

Thoughts??

They actually got Bono to sing "Head, Shoulders, Knees And Toes"!

I could show you the video, but then I wouldn't be allowed to let you leave with classified information.

No one has ever seen the video besides me...as far as I know. :eyebrow:

I wish I knew! I totally want to know the same thing, but everyone is too much of a shrew today to tell me. :madspit:

Yep, that's definitely not me.

So, tell me, are you excited to hear the new Bond theme made by U2? I can hardly wait! It'll probably leak soon. :)

Um ... I'm missing the joke on this one. And if it's not a joke, then I apparently don't know what you're talking about.

U2 were supposed to do the theme for Casino Royale (the new Bond movie), and many counted on it actually happening, saying that U2 weren't recording anything new because they needed to work on the theme.

Then the announcement came that Chris Cornell was chosen. Lots of people blushed and swept it under the rug.

OMG U2 ARE RECORDING A SONG WITH GREEN DAY!!!

They're going to be recording a whole album with Green Day now because Bono had to break out the fire extinguisher to save Edge from third degree burns when he plays this song. That means it's good.

But it won't be out till 2008. Why? Because even though the album is half finished, U2 just like to sit on an album for a whole year so it can be warm when it hatches.

Ohhh, okay. I must have been asleep that week.
