bono collaborating with.........

my daughter is a big Lisa Germano fan. she recently read on two different websites, that she has collaborated with U2 in the past. However, it doesn't mention on what Cd, or what song.
does anyone around here happen to know? She would love to find out . She also happens to love Bono. (of course! she's her mother's daughter )

thanks for any info.

I was wrong in your other thread. Apparently before she was a solo artist she may have done some studio violin work with U2, but I don't know what song(s)

I don't know this for sure, but I think you'll find your answers in Korova & Wake Up Dead Man.

I wasn't thinking violin, I was thinking of her singing, but I don't really know.

FOR LISA GERMANO, 'HAPPINESS' IS JUST AROUND THE BEND

By GERRY GALIPAULT

(Aug. 19, 1993)

After two tours with John Mellencamp as his star fiddler and studio sessions with everyone from the dB's to U2, Lisa Germano finally returned home to Bloomington, Ind. - only to find no messages on her answering machine.

She did the "Street Fighting Years" tour with Simple minds but I wasn't aware she did any work with U2, maybe it was to do with the "In The Name Of The Father" soundtrack.

Her name sounds familiar to me, I do believe she has done something with U2 and/or Bono.
