Bo Bice Chords Like Ground Beneath Her Feet

Is it just me or do some guitar chords after the first or second verse of "The Real Thing" by Bo Bice sound eerily familiar to those in "Ground Beneath Her Feet"? Not accusing anyone of anything but they are really dead ringers in my opinion. You?

I'm not really familiar with exactly how Bice's song sounds but It doesn't seem too similar to me. Maybe I'm listening to the wrong part. Bice's seems a little faster.

Off topic: Wow It's amazing how fast these American Idol people get albums and singles and popularity. I need to learn to sing!
