This is the second time in one month that MSN has been "working on their server" and has cut off my service without notice.

Tech support was of no use. The supervisor never came on line for me to lodge a complaint.

Bereft, I can only post a short while, here at the library. I'm not dead yet...

It's very hard to do this here because I have to watch my LOL's.

Anyone experience intermittant breakdowns, or is this just a local phenom??

MSN sucks. all the time it goes down. a few months ago, it was down for days. when you call up they have you do all kinds of things to your computer, which makes it a mess, when they know all along it's their screwed up servers. do you know when you email "technical support" you are actually talking to guys in India. The ones on the phones know less about computers than i do, and really have nothing to do with MSN, they work at a "call center." But what is really bad is their new connection s/w is so screwed up it a) kicks you off after 30 mins. and b) so messes up your computer and IE that it can't even be shut down properly anymore. When you remove the s/w, your computer works fine again. MSN is like Chrysler, a pc of crap.
