No, not yet. But this is a big deal to me because it hints how good the album will be. After hearing Always and Summer Rain, I knew right then that All That... was going to be filled with amazing songs. And it is! It felt the same after hearing Walk to the Water off the With or Without You single. An album's success can be measured by the quality of its B-sides.

Neon Lights was recorded some time ago wasn't it? (2 years?) I love it, but I wouldn't factor it in my thoughts for the sound of the up coming album. Imagine going from Vertigo into Neon Lights? That 2-song cd single is going to drive people crazy I tell ya!
