Personal business as such should remain personal business unless someone specifically says "who got laid last night?" then you can feel free to answer...

quite frankly, im disgusted...

"Crass", no. "Overreactive" would be more apropos.
Now go open your presents..

"why U2?
is it after the US spy plane (though that was called U-2)"

First, Yes the band was named for the spy plane that Gary Powers was flying when he was shot down over USSR... remember that this band was formed and started playing while the cold war was at it's peak...

Second, How old are you? I always crack up when I read about people buying Pop as their first album... i still remeber the first time that i saw the video for "Gloria" in 1981 on a local late-night public access (prior to MTV showing the video), i was floored and a fan from that moment foward... i bought every U2 item i could find... in fact I still have my U2-3 single on tape (circa 1979)

Brother Diamond seems to think that his age somehow entitles him to be rude and disrespectful to all those younger than him, even though they make a perfectly valid point about us not giving a shit whether or not you got some nookie last night or not. It doesn't make us think any higher of you, that's for sure.

Carry on...

i am sorry about the confusion with my previous post...
the "first" part was a response to u2girl...
the "second" was a stab at db9 for the nookie comment... i know he is an older fan (my age) however, he seems to carry-on like moony-eyed bono-obsessed teenage girl... sorry db9, nothing personal; to each his own

Diemen and Miller-
Can we just hold hands and be friends?
Sorry if my testostorine got out of hand today.
One ques. how come you two let this person's description of the female anatomy-i.e. pussy snatch, tang ect.. slide?
I think that would be equally as offensive to some in this form. Food for thought.

Now, for the betterment of this fourm and all of humankind again I asked-"Can we all just hold hands' ?
thank You-

a question for those who go on U2's tours, a real basic U2 question, what is "nookie"

about tours: what decides whether you go to see U2 live or not?
is it because:
- you like the newest album
- you like the spectacle (like Popmart)
- this is your first U2 concert

- or is it something else for you?

basic U2 question: this is probably the silliest thing to ask, but anyway-
why U2?
is it after the US spy plane (though that was called U-2), is it a word play meaning "you two" (indicating to a lot of fans) or something else? is it true Adam came up with the name? (i read Bono suggested the names "Hype", "Feedback" and "U2" to a crowd, asking them to decide the name they liked best by cheering. obviously U2 won)

about the "nookie". i heard the song Nookie by Limp Bizkit, and the line goes "i did it for the nookie".
so-what is nookie?
(don't say it is sex related. i thought i covered that with "bonk" and "wankers" )

Guess what...nookie is of course sex related, a nickname for female private parts.
