Zimbabwean tour of New Zealand cancelled

Zimbabwe's cricket tour of New Zealand later this year is cancelled:

So New Zealand can tour Zimbabwe, but Zimbabwe can't tour New Zealand? Does that seem around the wrong way to anyone else?

I have designed a possible schedule should the tour be reinstated. The focus would be providing fair & close matches.

Game 1: Zimbabwe vs East Tamaki Under 16's
Game 2: Zimbabwe vs Prime Ministers XI (Comprised solely of members of Labours cabinet... Helen will captain)
Game 3: Zimbabwe vs Canterbury
Game 4: Zimbabwe vs Mark Priest
Game 5: Zimbabwe vs Australia
Game 6: Zimbabwe vs North Ponsonby Womens XI
