Gawd, I don't know that many... Reading half of those I'd forgotten about them or had forgotten it was the Beatles that did them (please don't hurt me)... but from my limited experience:
Elanor Rigby
Within You Without You (am I alone here? I love it!)
Glass Onion
While My Guitar Gently Weeps
about a million others probably... and for some reason I haven't be able to get Why Don't We Do It In The Road out of my head the last few days! *L* Bungalow Bill's pretty cool too...

Argh! Must get more Beatles albums!

"The babes, the feast, and the toga conspire to give Adam the bearing of a Caesar (one of the late, inbred, lunatic Caesars, perhaps, but a Caesar nonetheless.)"

When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me... whisper words of wisdom...
"Let It Be".

Those first few piano chords are magic to me. I still occasionally choke up when I play it...Then I have to play it again... and again.

See, this was my late mother's favorite Beatles tune. I STILL have the original "Apple Recordings" 45 vinyl record of it. Its quite scratched up from all the millions of times she, and us kids popped it onto our old suitcase-like record player.
I know that Paul McCartney wrote it about HIS mother, Mary.. and so I just think its quite special.

It also has TRUE words of wisdom - "let it be".

Accept the things you cannot change. Let it go. Give it to God.

Peace

My love for you
It's in the things I do and say
If I wanna live I gotta
Die to myself someday.
Surrender.

Although I?m not too much into the Beatles (ok my fault) I?d say Hey Jude is my favorite - just because of the outro.

All My Loving is one of my favorites that hasn't been mentioned yet. I'm sure that every Beatles song is someone's favorite, even Revolution 9 and Only A Northern Song.

"In My Life," far and away. And I HEARD BONO SING IT!!! (Part of it.)

Honorable mentions to "Two of Us," "Penny Lane," "Hey Jude."

Wasn't "In My Life" voted as the best pop song of the twentieth century by some group of songwriters

Strawberry Fields Forever, and In My Life, because they're Lennon songs.
