THANK YOU everyone! :wave: I have had a great day so far. The girls at the office got me flowers, a card, a housewarming gift, and took me to lunch. Then they had chocolate mousse in the conference room. :drool:

Then I kind of half worked all day, and Paul took me out to dinner at Legal Seafood!!! :drool: :drool: :drool:

The house negotiations continue...but so far it's looking pretty good and we are cautiously optimistic! :up:
