What's the most emails that you have gotten in one day?

I have gotten 40 ( a lot of relatives) and that is including spam.

I have gotten 800 in a day (before hotmail put a limit on the size of your mailbox), 750 of them being from the same spmmer with the same message

im not that popular, i don't get emails very often at my hotmail account...so i'd say about...7 from friends and family in one day

my friend, who at the time was new with the whole email thing, saved up all of her forwards from other people and then sent them all to me at once. Close to 80 I hate forwards she's now banned from sending me any forwards.

My sister used to do that all the time...send me stupid fowards (foward this to 10,000 other people and in 1,000,000 years Bill Gates will send you a check for 1 dollar) and cartoons and such...Thanks to her I got that damned Melissa Virus a few years back
I told her not to ever email me again unless she was dead.

45. no spam. all from my best friend who i've been friends with since preschool. she was bored early in the day, and sent a load of one-line song lyric emails...i don't think anything i got was a substantial message

When I first subscribed to WIRE, I made the mistake of getting new messages by email...some days I get 400 to 500

Eh.. several hundred. I'm a member of a lot of popular mailing lists that have sent out several hundred by themselves per day.

I've had friends for about 7 years, we just send short reply-to-all emails to each other... kinda like WIRE, I think, but there's only like 20 of us

38 is the most for my personal email addy's with some spam. At work I average at least that many a day...we have a manager that emails anything and everything. Love that delete button!

Most was about 75 regular mails from WIRE... I swear, it's a soap opera sometimes over there! And about maybe the maximum 10 for bulk. Thank the lord that porn mail hasn't really reached Yahoo mail yet unlike Hotmail.
