What does ALL ACCESS mean?

I have noticed lately that some people now have this below their status. They are all rock and roll doggies, do you get this at Rock and roll doggie or do you have to be friends with the mods or some kind of seniority? What is it all access to anyway? I'm only asking but I think you know!

Elvis has added some status's for the high-end posters.

I got way demoted....I don't even know why....I used to be a refugee and I used to have almost 1100 posts, but then yesterday it said I had unregistered. Today when I can post again, I became a war child with 600 some posts...*sniff* I don't even know what I did....
