What Are Your Top 5 Bon Jovi and Top 3 Avril Lavigne songs?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
Am I the only one who thinks Avril Lavigne is BETTER than Bon Jovi? Not in terms of musical ability but in terms of less-nausea inducing?

A guilty pop pleasure is better than watered-down Springsteen.

Come on, someone acknowledge this guy's hilarious!

Among those who actually replied intelligently to the thread, it looks like 7 out of 11 actually included Never Say Goodbye to their lists. I was in grade 4 and it was the song that hooked me to Bon Jovi so it brings great memories. Unfortunately, Bon Jovi don't play that song live much, and it wasn't even included in their US Best Of, but at least we in the Asian market had that song included in the Best Of.

Cheers,

J

Bon Jovi is, to quote Eddie Vedder, a "40-year-old butt rocker."
A funny statement now that Mr. vedder has turned 40.

As for the original question:
Until reading the replies, I don't think I could have even come up with 3 Avril LaPunkine song titles.
As for Bon Jovi, I liked his first 2 albums and most of "Slippery When Wet", but he became a bit too soft and pop influenced for my taste after that. Though I did like the song "Blaze of Glory" (especially the Jeff Beck guitar) and a few other stray songs along the way.
So if I had to make a top 5:
1. In and Out of Love
2. Runaway
3. Blaze of Glory
4. Only Lonely
5. Keep the Faith

Geez, Jick...are you that much younger than me?!? I was a Junior in high school (and it actually became our Senior prom song in '88).

Btw, you still owe me a live version of NSG. :hyper:
