I haven't been on lately because my back & shoulder are giving me trouble again. I've been in a lot of pain. I saw my doctor last Thursday, and I am going to have another epidural steroid injection 2 weeks from today. I hope that this want works like the last one,for I don't want to have surgery.

And how are you doing?
