Believe it or not, I saw that footage before. It was on the DVD for the works of Chris Cunningham. Chris has directed videos for Aphex Twin, Björk, The Auteurs, Leftfield, and Squarepusher. His most famous video is Aphex Twin's "Come To Daddy". Yeah, it is creepy.
