was the Ramones tribute album pushed back again?

i just went to amazon.com to see about the Ramones trib album with U2's Beat On The Brat. Now it says it is being released on 2/11/03--what is the deal--it was suppoosed to come out months ago then pushed to 12/24/02 and now this??? Has any body heard an advance of this song yet?

It's supposed to come out in February now. I haven't heard any songs from it.
