Unreasonable umpire?
Is it just me, or is it a tad unreasonable for an umpire to call a balk with the score tied and a runner on third in the bottom of the ninth while the pitcher is issuing an intentional walk to the batter?

 sounds rediculous but a rule's a rule i guess... i dunno. i'd have to see how blatant a violation it was... but somehow i doubt it was so obvious that the guy had to call it
