This has probably been done before but i want to do it again cos it's fun!

Mine is:

Vocals - David Bowie
Lead - The Edge
Bass - John Entwhistle (The Who)
Drums - John Bonham (Zepellin)

you can only have one person per band though:wink:

Vocals: Liam Gallagher (Oasis)
Guitar: Keith Richards (The Rolling Stones)
Bass: John Entwistle (The Who)
Drums: Larry Mullen Jr (ya know who! I would put Moonie instead but I don't wanna get rid of John so I'm going for the obvious replacement)

It would just be 'My Generation' clones forever for my band's singles.

cant believe gallagher could be a lead vocalist
he sings like sh......t, he's a crap vocalist:down:
Noel sings better

Drums: Stephen Perkins
Guitar:Jimmy Page
Bass: Les Claypool OR Flea (whichever is available)
Vocals: Bono (2nd place Jim Morrison)

No, it was Pearl Jam+Soundgarden (although, now that Cameron's in Pearl Jam, it's more like Pearl Jam+Cornell). Your guess was close, though.

bono/morrissey/bowie/michael penn/paul banks....vocals

johnny greenwood.....guitar

jack white....back up guitar

springsteen.....acoustic

bass...colin greenwood

Fairly easy for those still living...

Keyboards/Guitars/Backing Vox - Mark Hart (solo)
Piano/Acoustic - Tim Finn (solo)
Keyboards - Eddie Rayner (Split Enz)

There already is an ultimate band and it's one that includes Yanni

Well here is my idea...

Lead Singer-Bono
