I think he will for sure be gone by the end of the week. HE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOO craptastic.

I mean, for real, he does what I ask him to do (incorrectly everytime) and then just sits there. Not one time has he ever come to me and said, "Hey MK, I'm finished with that work you gave me, do you have anything else I could do?"
NOT ONCE.
There is absolutely NO inititive whatsoever.

I had to send him a second warning today about excessive internet usage. Its just nuts (and, yes, I say that as I respond to this post while at work but I am the boss and I work 70+ hours a week). I mean, he just moved here two months ago and he spends his days on www.match.com looking for girls. I mean, the amount of pop-ups I see flying around his computer is unprecedented.
