i still have some kind of muscle spasm in my shoulder and shoulder blade.

Thanks doozer. I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder, and that it what's causing the all the pain in my arm and numbness in my hand. I've been going to the hospital 3 times a week for physical therapy for the last 2 weeks. I sure hope it gets better for I don't want to have surgery.

wow. i didn't know that. i have no idea what i did. maybe slept wrong or maybe stress or maybe my arthritis. who knows.
