I am having some neck and shoulder problems that have been going on for over a month now. I've been in a lot of pain, and my arm is really sore. The doctor ordered for me to have physical therapy, which I started yesterday. I have to go and have it 2-3 times a week. Hoping that it will help me. The doctor said that I had a pinched nerve.
