Tomato: Fruit or Vegetable

tomato is a fruit...this i know cuz my daughter loves them, and normally hates vegetables. when she was 3 years old, she would go into the fridge, take a tomato, eat half of it, then put it back putting the eaten side face down so she wouldn't get caught.

I'd say vegetable.
