Just got back from the doctor - turns out I have a viral infection that's on its way out.

She gave me some drugs for the cough (good lord I just took one of the chewable tablets and it tastes like crud ), which I noticed right away this morning has been better than in the past few days.

Long story short - I may still be coughing a little this weekend, but I won't be contagious.
