Got to leave early today....the power went out and it didn't come back on within an hours time. Still it's crazy outside and there are trees and shit blown all over the freeway, and the streets. One side of the street I live on is completely flooded, and there is a 30 foot tree blown over into our cul-de-sac...

Just got off the phone with direct energy. I bought the new furnace in july 03, so this is my last winter under warranty and they said they had an open slot between now and 9. Here's hoping they get here soon and that whatever is broken is covered ray:
