side note... George Steinbrenner's net worth? 225 million.

she still owns the majority of the rams, like 51% or something

kroenke owns the rest, this happened when they moved to st louis

this list just proves the point once again that you get what you put in... steinbrenner isn't even in the same ballpark, pun intended, as carl pohlad, but pohlad doesn't want to spend his money on the twins, while steinbrenner is willing to spend ALL his money on the yankees, 'cause he knows he'll make it all back if they're succesful. there in lies the fundamental flaw of baseball's revenue sharing system. the luxary tax that george steinbrenner pays goes to the "small market" teams such as the minnesota twins. pohlad then takes that money and instead of putting it towards players or a new stadium, puts it in his own pocket. and people yell at george for disagreeing with the CBA... he merely doesn't want to give a guy who's already worth 9 to 10 times more than he is more money. put in a system where you force the small market teams to spend, and then you can put in a system that keeps the large market teams from over-paying. simple as that.
