*wishes Laura fun and good luck at the Ball*

*curls up and falls asleep behind the bar next to an empty bottle of Nyquil.*

Some for me maybe :sexywink:

I just got x-files season 6 DVDs (30 bucks :D )

You know there is a lot more suspension of disbelief involved these days because we have seen how incompetent beurocracy can be and how poorly secrets are kept

I can't believe we keep contributing to that ridiculous fucking thread.

I posted something and people would rather post in that atrocity that's still around. WTF!

Oh and ya I'm drinking right now so don't mind me... :drunk:

Alright, Octagon peeps, who's going to contribute to my "Moving To NYC" fund?

I probably should have thought about this before I:

a) moved out on my own in MI and
b) spent close to $youdontevenwannaknow on U2 last year. :p

I've gotta get out of this place, even if I only do it for a year. I wonder if it'd be cheaper to live on the cusp of the city so I can still have money to live but be near the action... :hmm:

It's too damn quiet around here. :grumpy:

oh, it's definitely cheaper to live outside of Manhattan. Brooklyn used to be the place to go, but it's gotten a lot more expensive over the past 5 years or so. however, you can still find good deals outside of Park Slope/Brooklyn Heights. Queens has become a lot more popular lately, especially Astoria.

good luck! :hyper:

I've been to Berlin...Paris...Prage.

I've been to Chicago, Denver, even the Grand Canyon...Niagra Falls too.

But the only time I've been to NYC was changing flights at JFK :reject:

I want to go so badly though.
